As per media reports BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur is nominated to a parliamentary consultative committee on defence. Notably, Pragya Thakur is an accused in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case of Maharashtra. She will be part of the 21-member committee headed by Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, according to a bulletin issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat.
