Hindutva Outfit Launches Another Ideological Attack to Distort the Imago of Guru Gobind Singh Ji

November 24, 2016 | By

New Delhi: The Hindutva forces have been repeatedly indulging into launching ideological attacks to distort the imago of Sikh Gurus. These forces are hell bent to confine the imago of Sikh Gurus to the trivial walls of patriotism. In yet another attempt in this direction, a Hindutva outfit is going to organise an event called “Rashtra Prem Utsav” (Nation Love Festival) on November 25, 2016 at Hansdhwani Theatre, Pragti Maidan, New Delhi during International Trade Fare.

A pamphlet (copy available with the Sikh Siyasat News), projected as invitation of the event, is full of mis-information, misleading and false propaganda about Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Quoting Hindutva propagandist Swami Vivekanand, the pamphlet by “Rashtarkavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar Samruti Nayas” projects Guru Gobind Singh Ji as “Avtar” of “Parshuram” besides projecting Guru Sahib as a “patriot” and “nationalist”.

Besides this the pamphlet also contains gross mis-information about Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

“This organisation with bad intentions is defaming Guru Gobind Singh ji by projecting Guru Sahib as Avtar of Parshuram. They are also equating Guru Gobind Singh Sahib with Swami Vivekanand an propagandist of Hindutva”, AISSF chief Karnail Singh Peermohammad said in a statement.

He called upon Sikh politicians of Delhi including AAP MLA Jarnail Singh (Journalist) and H. S. Phoolka to take strong notice of the program and take initiative to stop it.
