Aam Aadmi Party counter blames Sukhbir Badal for Maur Blast

Chandigarh: The issue of blast at Maur, which claimed at least 3 lives yesterday, the Aam Aadmi Party today accused Punjab Deputy CM for plotting the Maur incident. Earlier Sukhbir Badal had blamed AAP for the blast while Congress party’s CM candidate Capt. Amarinder had accused both Badals and AAP for the incident.

In a statement issued today AAP said: [n]ow it’s clear that the explosion in Bathinda was not a cylinder blast, but a well planned bomb blast that took 3 precious lives and injured ten innocent people.

“The Aam Aadmi Party strongly condemns this cowardly act and vows to ensure harshest possible punishment to the perpetrators of the crime”, reads the statement.

“We strongly suspect that the Deputy Chief Minister of the state Sukhbir Badal is behind the plot. Serial target killings in the state, jail break in Nabha, shoot out in Jalandhar and then meeting of Sukhbir Badal’s partymen with liquor mafia and criminal Shivlal Doda in Fazilka leaves no suspicion that the free run to criminals has been given in the state only under the instructions of the Home Minister/Deputy Chief Minister of the state Sukhbir Badal”, AAP statement reads further.
