AAP’s state disciplinary penal chief Dr. Daljit Singh faces notice for alleged violation of discipline

Amritsar: Adding yet another chapter to ongoing tussle between party’s state and central leadership, the Aam Aadmi Party’s central leadership has issued a show cause notice to Dr. Daljit Singh, chairman of the disciplinary committee of the Punjab AAP unit, who recently spoke against party’s state convenor Sucha Singh Chhotepur and its Punjab affairs incharge Sanjay Singh.

The notice issued by a AAP’s central disciplinary committee reads: “It has come to our notice that you have been deliberately indulging in anti-party activities. Your activities utterances and conduct has caused damage to parties image and is proving inimical to party organisation. You have also attempted to bring the disrepute to senior a party leadership by making false and malicious allegations and defamatory statements. In addition, you have been disobeying party directions and working against directives”.

Meanwhile Dr Daljit Singh is learnt to have express his firmness on what he said about the functioning of the Aam Aadmi Party and conduct of parties state affairs incharge Sanjay Singh and Punjab convenor Sucha Singh Chottepur.

Media reports say that the Aam Aadmi Party may take a decision to expel him from the party.
