New Delhi, India (May 23, 2014): It is learnt that a Delhi court has further extended the judicial custody of former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal till June 6.
It may be recalled that a Delhi judge, on Wednesday, sent Arvind Kejriwal to two days judicial custody in a defamation case filed by BJP leader Nitin Gadkari.
Kejriwal was presented before the Metropolitan Magistrate Gomati Manocha today, who extended AAP leader’s judicial custody by 14 more days after he refused to furnish a personal bond.
Kejriwal is lodged in Tihar Central Jail, Delhi.
