UAD chief claimed that the BJP and the SAD-Badal have entered into a “secret resolve”. Giving out detailed of (alleged) secret resolve, Bhai Mohkam Singh said that the BJP led Central government would deploy Central forces to ensure construction of SYL canal after a decision on the issue arrives in the Supreme Court of India.
