New Delhi, India (March 15, 2014): As per information extended by Sikh Organization of Prisoners’ Welfare (SOPW) Bhai Baljeet Singh Bhau has been granted permanent bail.
According to SOPW Baljeet Singh is expected to return home by Wednesday (March 19).
As per SOPW: Baljeet Singh ‘Bhau’ has been incarcerated in Tihar Jail New Delhi since 2008, accused of the attempted murder of a cult leader.
According to SOPW in June 2013 too Baljeet Singh Bhau was granted permanent bail but his bail was later turned into 3 months parole and he had to return to jail on the expiry of period of parole.
