Patiala, Punjab: Patiala police today presented Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara in a local court after his five day remand expired. The police told the court that it needs more police remand of Jagtar Singh Tara to recover weapons from Nepal on the identification of Jagtar Singh Tara.

Jagtar Singh Tara’s lawyer Advocate Baljinder Singh Sodhi strongly opposed the remand plea of the Patiala police. Advocate BS Sodhi told asked if the police was not able to recover any weapons in last five days there was no point in granting more police remand.

After hearing the arguments of both sides the court sent Jagtar Singh Tara on 3 days police remand.
