Prof. Bhullar likely to shifted to Amritsar

New Delhi/ Amritsar: Sikh Political Prisoner Prof. Devender Pal Singh Bhullar is expected to arrive Amritsar late this evening. Sources said that he will be lodged at Central Jail in Amritsar, where necessary arrangements have already been made and a team of doctors and physiatrists is called by the jail authorities to examine the health condition of Prof. Bhullar.

Source told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) that Prof. Bhullar is being shifted to Amritsar by air. A plane carrying Prof. Bhullar is likely to arrive at Guru Ramdas International Airport, Rajasansi (Amritsar) this evening, from where he will be brought to Central Jail, Amritsar.

Source in Amritsar told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) that jail authorities have made necessary arrangements to get Prof. Bhullar examined by a team of medical and mental health experts. It is notable that Prof. Bhullar has been undergoing treatment at Institute Of Human Behavior And Allied Sciences (IHBAS), Delhi for mental ailment since 2010.
