Sikh Siyasat editor Parmjeet Singh today addressed a press conference to present evidence of PTC Punjabi doing beadbi of Gurbani by claiming that Gurbani Kirtan and Hukumnama Sahib from Darbar Sahib was PTC's "intellectual property".
PTC Punjabi, a channel said to be owned by Badals, has claimed that that it has 'intellectual property rights' over Darbar Sahib Hukumnama. PTC's claim came into notice to the Sikh SIyasat when PTC sent a notice to Sikh Siyasat via Facebook asserting those rights. The issue has taken a serious turn. The case F.I.R number 133 (dated: 6 December 1995) was registered at police station Kotwali (Ludhiana). Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara was nominated in this case on 11 December 1995 and was arrested on 23 December 1995.
