Congress leading with marginal votes at Ludhiana; AAP’s HS Phoolka at second place

Ludhiana, Punjab (May 16, 2014): As per election live counting data and trends released by Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab’s office Congress Party’s candidate Ravneet Bittu is leading from Ludhaina Constituency.

At 12:17 am Ravneet Bittu was leading with 4851. He has already secured 141219 votes. Aam Aadmi Party’s candidate was at second place with 136368 votes.
