Tarn Taran: The Punjab government has reportedly registered sedition case (FIR number 151, dated: 12 November, 2015) against the organizers of the Sarbat Khalsa 2015, including Jathedars appointed by the organziers of the Sarbat Khalsa 2015.
The FIR is registered at Chatiwind Police Station under sections 124A, 153-A, 153-B, 115, 117, 120-B IPC and Section 13(1) of UAPA and Sec. 66-F Information Technology Act.

Simranjeet Singh Mann, Bhai Dhian Singh Mand, Jaskaran Singh Kahan Singh Wala, Mohkam Singh, Gurdeep Singh Bathinda, Satnam Singh Manawan, Wassan Singh Zaffarwal, Dr. Gurjinder Singh, Bhai Baljit Singh Daduwal, Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala, Surinder Singh Thikriwal, Joga Singh Maloke, Papalpreet Singh, Resham Singh USA, Surjit Singh Sikh Parliament USA, Paramjit Singh UK, Gurbhej Singh USA, Harinder Singh USA and Baljinder Singh Italy have been named in the FIR.
