Mohali: A Mohali based special NIA court for Punjab has issued notice to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Amritsar jail authorities for allegedly mentally torturing an undertrial person.
As per documents accessed by the Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) Massa Singh s/o Najar Singh has alleged that NIA officials and Jail officials of Central Jail Amritsar are mentally harassing him to force him to turn NIA’s alleged approver.

Massa Singh’s counsel Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur told SSN that the NIA court has issued notice to the NIA and Amritsar jail authorities to file reply on March 26, 2020.
