They asked the people from Europe and UK to participate in the conference and be part of the discussion. Stating that Sikhs have been passing through a critical phase, they hoped that the conference will draw the attention of the World powers especially UK government towards the dismal plight of the Sikhs in Punjab and India.

They said the Sikh Federation was always on the forefront in UK and elsewhere to reach out to international community to present the Sikh case for independence.

Dal Khalsa leaders urged the organizers of the conference to apprise the international audience and the key speakers about the worst human rights conditions in India especially Punjab and Kashmir, where minorities are subjected to state brutalities.
