Patiala: Aam Aadmi Party MP from Patiala, Dr. Dharamvira Gandhi, has refuted reports which maintained that he was opposed to entry of Sukhpal Khaira in the Aam Aadmi Party. While reportedly talking The Tribune (TT) Dr. Gandhi said it was incorrect to state that he and two other MPs, Sadhu Singh and Bhagwant Mann, were opposed to Sukhpal Khaira’s entry into the party.

He said that ‘they’ (Dr. Gandhi, Bhagwant Mann and Prof. Sadhu Singh) has not taken any stand and no one spoke to them on the issue.

“As and when the party central leadership asks us, we will give our views”, he said.

It is notable there were reports (media reports) that Bhagwant Mann, Dr. Gandhi and Prof. Sadhu Singh were opposing Sukhpal Khaira in the Aam Aadmi Party.

Sources say Sukhpal Khaira’s entry in AAP is likely to be announced next week.
