Harminder Singh Mintoo Sent To Judicial Custody By NIA Court

Mohali: Sikh political prisoner Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo on Friday after the expiry of 4 days Police remand was produced by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in a special NIA court of Ms. Anshul Berry, Additional Sessions Judge-I.

As the NIA did not asked for further remand of Harminder Singh Mintoo in the case number RC/18/DLI/17 pertaining to killing of Ludhiana based RSS member Ravinder Gosain, Additional Sessions Judge-I. Ms Anshul Berry sent him to Judicial custody at Central Jail Patiala.
