Harminder Singh Mintoo, two others, presented in Jalandhar court

Jalandhar: Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo, Gurpreet Singh Gopi and Harpreet Singh Pintu were reportedly presented before a Jalandhar court today in a case pertaining to FIR number 103/2009, registered at Police station Bhogpur. This case was registered under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), Indian Penal Code (IPC), Arms Act and Explosives Act.
Bhai Mintoo’s council Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) over phone that trio were presented before the court of Judicial Magistrate GS Sekhon.
“As the chargesheet is still awaited in this case, the court fixed Feb. 17 as next date for hearing”, said Advocate J S Manjhpur.
