Indian Supreme Court Grant Bail to 17 Convicts of Gujarat Massacre 2002

New Delhi: As per reports emanating from New Delhi, the Supreme Court of India (SCI) has granted bail to 17 convicts of Gujarat massacre 2002.

Around two thousand persons belonging to the Muslim minority were massacred during genocidal violence in February 2002.

Present Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat at that time.
