Joga Singh Khalistani Passes Away at DMC Hospital

Ludhiana: Sikh activist Joga Singh alias Khalistani today passed away at DMC Hospital, Ludhiana. He was hit by a vehicle on July 01 and was in coma at ICU ward of DMC hospital since that day.
A hit and run case was registered against Kathawachak Sandeep Singh and six other persons under FIR number 87/2016 at police station Haibowal (Ludhiana) under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Five accused persons were granted regular bail by the court while arrest of Sandeep Singh and his brother Pardeep Singh was stayed by Punjab and Haryana High Court till further orders.
Joga Singh is survived by his elderly parents, wife and two children. His family lives at Dhandari Kalan, Ludhiana.
