Additional Sessions Judge Reetesh Singh allowed the plea of Delhi Police seeking extension of his custody till December 12. The plea was opposed by the defence council who argued that seven days were already given to the police on the last date which was sufficient to interrogate Mintoo. But the court did not agreed to defence’s arguments.
