NIA COURT UPDATE (MARCH 5, 2018) – EXCLUSIVE TALK WITH ADVO. JASPAL SINGH MANJHPUR

Mohali: The National Investigating Agency (NIA) of India here on Monday (March 5, 2018) produced 12 persons arrested so far by the agency in various cases of killings assigned to it by the Central government.

Jagtar Singh Jaggi, Taljit Singh @ Jimmy, Ramandeep Singh Bagga, Hardeep Singh Shera, Harminder Singh Mintoo, Dharminder Singh Gugni, Anil Kala, Pahor Singh, Parvez, Amaninder Singh, Ravipal Singh and Manpreet Singh were produced by the agency in a special NIA court of Miss Anshul Berry Additional Session Judge-I.

All those individuals mentioned above were sent to judicial custody till 3rd April 2018. Next, they all will be produced through Video Conferencing (VC) for their next hearing.
