Chandigarh: Human Rights group Khalra Mission Organisation (KMO) today slammed Congress and Capt. Amarinder Singh for offering obituary reference to mass human rights abuser and former Punjab DGP KPS Gill who had died few weeks ago. In a written statement issued today KMO said that  by offering obituary reference to ‘butcher of Punjab’ KPS Gill, the Congress party and Capt. Amarinder Singh committed another excess against the Sikhs.

KMO also slammed Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) and said that SAD (Badal) did not act against Human Rights abusers. SAD (Badal) had opposed the obituary reference to KPS Gill in Punjab Vidhan Sabha.

The human rights group also criticised Aam Aadmi Party leader HS Phoolka. KMO said that under the guise of secularism HS Phoolka was supporting those who killed Sikh youth in fake encounters.

KMO, however, praised the efforts of AAP MLA Kanwar Sandhu who had demanded debate on KPS Gill’s deeds in Vidhan Sabha.
