It quoted; Singh is accused of giving ‘moral and logistic support to militants’. Though police in its report have booked Paedeep Singh only under section 19 of unlawful activities.

District Development Commissioner Srinagar, Farooq Ahmed Shah says PSA for such a person is mandatory. “You please contact Senior Superintendent of Police for further details. But I tell you that such persons are liable to be booked under PSA,” he has said to CNS.
