Holyoak, USA: Rejecting India’s denial various international authorities continue to recognise the fact of 1984 Sikh genocide. In this series the Holyoak city council in Massachusetts state of USA recognises 1984 Sikh Genocide.
The city council has issued an official proclamation which says the Sikh genocide began on November 1, 1984, post the assassination of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the capital territory of Delhi and the states of Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Orissa, Jammu and Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Tripura, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Maharashtra.
