Returning Officer Breached Security of Strong Room at Badal Dal’s Behest, alleges HS Phoolka

Ludhiana: Aam Aadmi Party leader and senior lawyer H. S. Phoolka today alleged that a Returning Officer (R.O.) in Gill constituency of Ludhiana breached the security of “strong room” that is used to keep the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).
