Chandigarh: The Supreme Court of India (SCI) today pronounced it’s decision President of India’s reference about construction of Satluj Yamuna Link (SYL) canal and Punjab Termination of Agreements Act, 2004. Sikh Siyasat’s Editor Parmjeet Singh expresses initial reaction on this decision.
