Justice Garg is heading the one man Commission set up the by State of Haryana on March 05, 2011 in response to the discovery of Mass Grave in village Hondh-Chillar, wherein several dozen Sikhs were brutally massacred and their properties were burnt in November 1984. This whole Sikh village was reduced to ruins and now only some badly damaged structures of Sikh homes are standing there.

FIR No. 91 dated November 03, 1984 has clearly given names of the accused who are responsible for the killing of Sikhs at Hondh, “Why Garg Commission has not issued arrest warrant of those” questioned Peermohammad. “Wearing out witnesses and victims strategy followed by Garg Commission is same what previous Commissions have used” added Peermohammad.
According to Federation leaders Balvir Singh Hissar November 1984 victims will mobilize the Sikhs community of Haryana to get their support for the hunger strike and will highlight the plight of victims who are moving from pillar to post for justice.
