New Delhi, India (November 2, 2013): It is learnt that the Sikh Genocide 1984 survivors along with certain Sikh activists staged a protest demonstration against the culprits of the Sikh genocide 1984 at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on November 01.
As per information the survivors of the genocide, who had lost their family members in the planned massacre of Sikhs in November 1984 in Delhi, burned the effigy of Sajjan Kumar, Jagdish Tytler and other perpetrators of the genocidal violence against the Sikhs.
It is notable that the Indian state has patronized the culprits of the 1984. These culprits have enjoyed impunity and they were rewarded by the state with high political seats; where the justice remains denied to the victims even after passage of 29 years.
A vigil to commemorate the 29th anniversary of the November 1984 genocide was attended by Advocate H.S. Phoolka, Jarnail Singh Journalist and Harjinder Singh of Sikh Youth Forum besides genocide survivors and the Sikh sangat.
