London, United Kingdom (January 28, 2013): As per information available with Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) certain Sikh diaspora organizations organized a protest outside Indian High Commission in London on 26 January, 2013. It is notable that India observe “republic day” on January 26 annually and the protest was held in wake of this day.
As per information the Council of Khalistan, Dal Khalsa UK, United Khalsa Dal (UK) and Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar (UK) organized this demonstration, in which certain sections of Kashmiri Diaspora also participated.
A press release by the organizers has stated that S. Amrik Singh Sahota, Manmohan Singh Khalsa, Loveshinder Singh Dallewal, Ranjit Singh Sarai, Gurdev Singh Chauhan, Baldev Singh and Sukhwinder Singh participated in the demonstration along with others.
