Sikh Political Prisoner Harminder Singh Mintoo Referred to PGI after chest pain

Patiala: Sikh Political Prisoner Harminder Singh Mintoo was reportedly referred to PGI Chandigarh on Monday. He was admitted to Rajindera Hospital in Patiala on Sunday after he complained difficulty in breathing besides low blood pressure and chest pain.

As per media reports, doctors of Rajindera Hospital said that his condition was not improving therefore he was referred to PGI. The doctors, however, said that he was out of danger.
Harminder Singh Mintoo is facing trail in various cases and is confined in Maximum Security Jail, Nabha. He was recently granted bail in some of the cases and was acquitted in a case on May 4.
