A TADA court in Amritsar today discharged Sikh Political Prisoner Prof. Devender Pal Singh Bhullar in a 23 years old TADA case. The court heard arguments of prosecution and defence on chargesheet moved by the police against Prof. Devender Pal Singh Bhullar in Batala TADA case on April 1.

Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, counsel of Prof. DPS Bhullar, told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) over phone that the court refused to accept the chargesheet moved by the police against Prof. Bhullar in this case.
