The conference held by Dal Khalsa took serious note of misuse of archaic sedition laws, denial of the right to self determination to ethnic minorities, lynching of Dalits and Muslims by Gau Rakshaks (cow-vigilantes) and imposing pseudo-nationalism on minorities.
