Toronto, Canada: A special screening of OutJusticed 2 documentary will be held at University of Toronto in Canada on November 2. The screening is being organised by Sikh Students Association (SSA) from 6 pm to 9 pm at Factor-Intenwash, Faulty of Social Work, Room SK720, 246 Bloor Street West.

Presented by Sikh Siyasat, the OutJusticed 2 documentary is directed by SSN editor Parmjeet Singh. Made with reference to incident of police firing on a peaceful demonstration by Sikh youth at Gurdaspur on 29 March, 2012 this documentary traces the roots of phenomena of impunity for Human Rights violations in Punjab.

“This is second screening in Canada as earlier a screening was organised by Alif Oora at University of Manitoba. We are getting good response from diaspora sections, especially from the youth and students” said Parmjeet Singh.

The documentary was screened at more than a dozen places in England by Naujawani and it was recently screened at Punjabi University, Patiala during a Film Festival organised by varsity students.
