Dhudike/ Moga, Punjab (November 26, 2013): Following the tension that prevailed in Dhudike village of Moga district between followers of Dera Sauda Sirsa and the local Sikhs, the police administration has reportedly targeted Sikhs on the complaint of dera followers. It is notable that the police had resorted to firing in the air, lathicharge and bursting of teargas shells to disperse members of both groups following and altercation between the two groups.

Moga, Punjab (November 26, 2013): It is learnt that the situation at village Dhudike (district Moga) took serious turn after Dera Sauda Sirsa followers attempted to hold a gathering despite opposition from the local Sikhs. It is notable that the Sikh sangat is opposing the dera sauda activities since 2007 in accordance with directive issued by Akal Takht Sahib in wake of anti-Sikh activities of the Dera Sauda Sirsa (DSS) chief.

Dabwali (October 10, 2013): After the decision of Suman court acquitting all accused dera Sirsa followers in the Bhai Kamaljit Singh Sunam's murder case; a Sirsa court on October 10 acquitted all five dera Sirsa followers in Bhai Harmandar Singh Dabwali's murder case; whereas earlier (in July 2013) a Sirsa court had sentenced 7 Sikhs to 10 years imprisonment each while holding them liable for damaging the properties of Dera Sirsa followers following the murder of Bhai Harmandar Singh.

Sunam Court acquits all 14 Dera Sauda Sirsa followers in Bhai Kamaljit Singh Suman’s murder case

Dabwali/Sirsa (July 29, 2013): A court of additional sessions and district judge of Sirsa has pronounced it's decision in a 2008 case related to a Dabwali incident, where a clash had took place between the Dera Sauda Sirsa followers and the Sikhs. The court has reportedly sentenced seven Sikhs to under go imprisonment of 7 years each.

Dabwali, Haryana (December 27, 2012): It is learnt that a magistrate's court at Dabwali has sent Panthic Sewa Lehar patron and Sant Samaj leader Baljit Singh Daduwal to 14-day judicial custody on December 26, 2012. It is notable that Baba Daduwal was detained by Amritsar immigration authorities at Guru Ram Dass International Airport, Amritsar upon his arrival from London, England.
