Justice M. B. Shah says: There is a case for commuting death sentence of Prof. Bhullar

New Delhi, India (April 21, 2013): According to a detailed news reported by The Hindu, a prominent daily of India, Professor Devender Pal Singh Bhullar, who is on death row for more than a decade and whose writ petition against the rejection of his mercy petition on the ground of inordinate and unexplained delay was dismissed by the Supreme Court on April 12, perhaps, has reason for hope with a former Judge of the Supreme Court, Justice M.B. Shah, reiterating his case for commuting his death sentence.
