Amargarh Election Result: Simranjit Singh Mann Lasts Second

S. Simranjit Singh Mann, President of Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar (Mann), lost the election from Amargarh with a difference of around six thousand votes. Aam Aadmi Party candidate Prof. Jaswant Singh Gajjan Majra bagged the seat with more than 44 thousand votes.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is heading for a major electoral victory in Punjab state assembly election. Votes were polled for the state assembly on 20 February. Aam Aadmi Party took a lead soon after trends started to come after counting of votes started this morning.
