Ludhiana, Punjab (April 17, 2014): As per information available with the Sikh Siyasat News (SSN): Bhai Mandeep Singh Kubbe, who had fired at a Bihari migrant in police custody, has been sentenced to 5 years imprisonment.

Ludhiana (September 10, 2012): According to information shared by Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, Secretary General of Akali Dal Panch Pardhani, the next court hearing against Bhai Mandeep Singh for attempting to kill Dalip Kumar, a Bihari migrant inside police station at Sahnewa, would be held on September 13, 2012.

Sahnewal Incident: Bhai Mandeep Singh sent to Ludhiana Jail

Sahnewal/Ludhiana (September 01, 2012): According to information available with Sikh Siyasat Bhai Manjeet Singh was sent to Ludhiana jail on the night of August 31, 2012. Police presented him before duty magistrate who committed him to judicial custody for 14 days.

Sahnewal/Ludhiana (August 31, 2012): According to report in yet another direct provocation with the Sikhs, miscreant elements interrupted an Akand Paatth Sahib being held at Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Gurdwara Sahib, Sahnewal.
