Chandigarh: Addressing a press conference at Chandigarh on September 03 along with Head of the legal cell Himmat Singh Shergil and Head of the Administrative and Grievances Committee Jasbir Singh Bir (Retd. IAS), Jarnail Singh revealed that committee constituted to probe allegations against former State Convenor of AAP, Sucha Singh Chhotepur has already initiated its probe, which would be completed very soon.
“It is shocking and surprising that other opposition parties including Congress, SAD and BJP never take any action against their leaders, in spite of serious allegations against them”, Jarnail Singh said while citing the cases of Pankaja Munde, Vasudhra Raje Scindhia and Shivraj Chouhan.

He said that the Probe Committee has issue a notice to Chhotepur and entire process of probe would be completed within ten days.
Responding to a query on releasing of the sting video of Chhotepur, Jarnail Singh said that when Chhotepur himself admitted of taking the money packet (bribe), there was no need to make the sting video public, which has already been watched by the Probe Committee of AAP.
