Simran Jeet Singh Mann trailing at fourth place from Khadoor Sahib seat

Khadoor Sahib, Punjab (May 16, 2014): Former MP and leader of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), S. Simran Jeet Singh Mann, who was selected as MP with record margin in 1989 from Tarn Taran (now Khadoor Shaib seat), would only be able to secure fourth place from Kadoor Sahib Lok Sabha seat.

As per live counting data published by Election Commission of India, at the time of writing this news Simranjeet Singh Mann was able to secure only 11,615 votes.

Ranjit Singh Brahampura (3,85,421) of Badal Dal was leading from Khadoor Sahib seat, while Congress party’s Harminder Singh Gill (306285) was at second place. First timer Bhai Baldeep Singh of Aam Aadmi Party was at third place with 122044 votes.
