The Untold Stories of November 1984 – Speech of Gurjant Singh Bal at Ayali Kalan Ludhiana

Gurjant Singh Bal, a Sikh youth researcher and author, traveled extensively across India to trace the locations where Sikhs were attacked during the November 1984 Sikh genocide. Drawing from eyewitness accounts and survivor testimonies, Gurjant Singh, alongside Sukhjeet Singh Sadarkot, authored two books titled Sikh Nasalkushi Da Khura Khoj. On November 2, 2024, the Panth Sewak Collective organized a Gurmat Samagam at Gurdwara Thara Shaib, Patshahi Chhevin (6th), Ayali Kalan, Ludhiana, to mark the 40th anniversary of the November 1984 genocide. During the event, Gurjant Singh shared several untold, true stories of the courage of Sikhs from November 1984, which he had gathered from Sikh survivors and witnesses. The speech was recorded on video for future reference and remembrance.
