Beas river tragedy: Another body recovered; 11 still missing

Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (June 20, 2014): According to media reports another body of a student was found today, thirteen days after 25 persons, including 24 students from a Hyderabad engineering college, were swept away in Beas river near Mandi in Himachal Pradesh. The deceased has been identified as Sairaj of AS Rao Nagar in Hyderabad.
Beas River Tragedy – Search operations are going on to find the bodies
According to information the search operations were still on as only 13 bodies have been found so far.
Three bodies were recovered yesterday. The three deceased students were identified as Shiva Prakash Varma, Ashish Mantha and Machrala Akhil.
Earlier on Wednesday (June 18), one body was recovered. The deceased had been identified as P Venkata Durga Tarun.
