Ludhiana: Sikh political prisoners who have been in jail for more than 14 years, 13 Sikh political prisoners who have completed over 14 years in prisons are unlikely to benefit from the verdict as either they were convicted under infamous TADA, or their cases were investigated by the CBI. But Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur says that there are other options available with the Punjab government that could be used to grant reliefs to Sikh political prisoners.
