Amritsar: The Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee has raised serious concerns about loot of a Sikh Gurdwara Sahib in Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) and SGPC chief Kirpal Singh Badungar has written a letter to UP CM Yogi Aditya Nath demanding strict action against the culprits.
SGPC said today in a statement that a large number of armed persons attacked the Gurdwara Sahib in Saharanpur and looted the Golak and other things from the Gurdwara Sahib.
The SGPC has also formed a sub-committee comprising SGPC senior vice president Baldev Singh, SGPC member Bibi Manjit Kaur and Harwinder Singh (Manager of Gurdwara Pehli and Dasvin Patshahi, Kapal Mochan. SGPC chief said that the committee would collect factual details about the incident.
