AISSF, SFJ And All India Defence Brotherhood (Punjab) released the services particulars & other relevant details of the armed forces personnel killed in November 1984 at death traps laid at Tughlakabad and Nangloi. The documents obtained by AISSF reveals a single FIR Number 355 dated November 1, 1984 lodged under sections 147, 148, 201, 302, and 295 of the IPC lodged with Government Railway Police (GRP) Delhi. The Railway Protection Force (RPF) responsible for law and order at the Railway property not only failed to protect but its weapons were also used to kill the Sikh victims at Tughlakabad and Nangloi Railway Stations.

According to Karnail Singh Peermohammad, President AISSF, “when the successive Governments covered up the killing of its high ranking Army Officers and did not prosecute the killers, it is not surprising that Kamal Nath, Jagdish Tytler, Sajjan Kumar and others who masterminded the murder of thousands of sikh civilians enjoy Congress party’s patronage”.

Pointing to the criminal silence by the Armed Forces for the past 28 years over the murder of its high ranking officers, AISSF President & Brigadier kahlon demanded from the Ministry of Defence prosecution of the culprits & leaders which masterminded the mayhem of Sikh army men during November 1984.

Brigadier kahlon stated that when a defence person while on duty or on leave is declared missing/deserter procedure as outline in Army Rules, Army act/Air Force/ Navy Act & Defence services Regulation is required to be followed by the parent Unit. Defence community in particular & the country as a whole would like to know From the Chiefs of Army Navy & Air Force action taken Report on the brutal killings of the defenders of the Nation by own country men. Whether CPC was invoked, civilian witnesses examined during courts of inquiry & what level the cases were closed. Brigadier kahlon & other leaders demanded constitution of judicial commission so that the truth comes out & action taken against the butchers of the war heroes of the country.

AISSF demanded a debate in the Parliament to determine why in the broad day light mayhem of the defenders of the country was completely ignored and no action has ever been taken against the perpetrators. The ruthless murder of high ranking Sikh Army Officers at Tughlakabad and Nangloi in the presence of Railway Police during November 1984 also proves the connivance of police and entire administration of the country in genocidal attacks on Sikhs stated Peer Mohammad.

Human Rights lawyer S.Tajinder Singh Sudan highlighted the failures of the Railways & defence authority to follow of the legalities of the causes as a result of pressure from the ruling Government
