Amritsar, Punjab: The All India Sikh Students Federation has issued an appeal to the people of Punjab to observe Punjab Bandh – complete Punjab shut down on 1 November 2014 to protest against denial of justice to the victims of November 1984 Sikh Genocide.
Talking to media persons Karnail Singh Peermohammad said AISSF along with thousands of relatives of victims would sit on rail track and roads at 5.00 am in the morning. He appealed to people to either avoid traveling or reschedule their programmes.
“We don’t want to give any problem to common man but government doesn’t listen otherwise,” he said adding that their demonstration was not against any community instead, he said, they had received massive support from all communities and different political and panthic parties.
