Baghapurana police gets Remand of Harminder Singh Minttoo on Production Warrants

Chandigarh: The Baghapurana police reportedly brought Sikh political prisoner Harminder Singh Minttoo from jail on production warrants yesterday. He was presented before a magistrate who sent him on police remand till November 13. Harminder Singh Mintoo was confined in Central Jail, Patiala.
The police said that the remand is taken to interrogate him in relation to recents arrests, which the police claim to have solved various killing cases.

The police also got Harminder Singh Mintoo medically examined at a civil hospital.
Meanwhile, another Nabha jail inmate Harbinder Singh who was brought on production warrants by Ludhiana police was back to judicial custody in Nabha jail yesterday.
