DOCUMENT: SCI judgement commuting death sentence of Devender Pal Singh Bhullar

New Delhi, India (March 31, 2014): The Supreme Court of India (SCI) commuted death sentence of Sikh political prisoner Professor Devender Pal Singh Bhullar on March 31, 2014.

The decision was pronuced by four judges bench comprising P. Sathasivam (Chief Justice of India), R. M. Lodha (J.), H. L. Dattu (J.), Sudhansu Jyoti Mukhopadhaya (J.).
