Dr Manmohan Singh Bhagowalia Of Badal Dal Joins AAP

Chandigarh: In yet another jolt to the ruling SAD (Badal), the National general secretary of BC wing of SAD (Badal) Punjab, Dr. Manmohan Singh Bhagowalia joined AAP in the presence of AAP Convener and Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal and AAP Qadian candidate Kanwarpreet Singh Kaki.

As per the press note released by the party on Wednesday evening, the party convener Arvind Kejriwal  said that Badal Dal has always ignored the interests of people of Punjab for their personal gains. He maintained that the demands of backward classes and other sections of society will be given priority.

Furthermore, Dr Bhagowalia claimed that he has discussed the problems of backward classes with the leadership of AAP and sensing their sincerity towards the issues, he has decided to join AAP. Adding further he said that SAD (Badal) government never tried to pay heed towards the genuine demands of the local community. The community feels cheated with the anti-people policies of SAD (Badal) during last 10 years so they have decided to support AAP in upcoming elections.
