Indian Judiciary failed to prevent fake encounter.

New Delhi/Ludhiana: (September 21, 2009) In an article published in a prominent Punjabi Daily newspaper Praful Bidwai, a well known columnist of India, has expressed his views regarding failure of Indian Judicial system to prevent unlawful execution of human beings through fake encounters by State machinery and restore Rule of Law.
