Indian Supreme Court confirms death for Sikh political prisoner Prof Bhullar

New Delhi, India (April 12, 2013): Indian Supreme Court has upheld the death sentence to Sikh Political prisoner Professor Devender Pal Singh Bhullar.

Prof Bhullar had been in death row for last decade. He had already a term equivalent to life imprisonment in India.

His death sentence was earlier upheld by Supreme Court in a split decision.
